[ Will furrows his brow just slightly at the reply, cocking his head to one side and looking at Roman. He shrugs a bit helplessly and types a response. ]

it's really not my place to say, but he's been through a lot. i think he's uneasy around people.

[ And a look that just says 'are you dumb'? ]

[ A look right back that says, 'gee, I'm not the one sending people serious messages like that out of the blue!' But a bit more subtle than that. ]

[ There's the line of his lips as he presses them together, starting to type something before realising he really doesn't have to. The line of dialogue was open, why not just run with it. ]

[ Will goes to reply audibly, which he cannot do, of course. Making what must be a frustrated sound on mute, he holds up one finger and goes back to typing. ]

i understand that. not that i've had something similar happen, but it makes sense. i'm not making any assumptions about that either. it doesn't seem that ridiculous to want security from someone.

i do have to be. i don't really want to be, but i already know what happens when people find out about us.

[ That look that questioned at first why he was still typing, but then he remembered that it had been awfully quiet around the house. ]

[ This place was just full of surprises. ]

[ And then a curious quirk of his head. ]

[ Will's expression expresses his frustration with this situation in the least frustrated manner possible. He smiles wryly, nodding at the first comment.

Back to typing... (which is not fun thanks to being dyslexic, but autocorrect is a thing, so he manages to type things that actually make sense, at least grammatically and in terms of spelling). ]

[ He pauses, looking briefly quite grim. ]

[ That grim look was something of a shock to him, Roman leaning back in his seat just a little; it was terrible but he followed that movement with a shrug. ]

[ A pause. ]

[ He's thinking on this very hard, it was weird to dole out advice that he should have taken himself. ]
